Every airline used to RBD tool to maximize revenue, RBD means reservation booking designator which is imprinted on passenger's air ticket to indicate booking classes and in accounting it treats as fare paid indicator
English alphabets like B,K,H,C,D,F etc are used for RBDs . Actually RBD is used to yield high revenue on individual sector by airlines.Now RBD is a part of revenue managment and globally recognized policy of air industry
Alphabets are used to mark RBD level ,at the very beginning Y was uesd for economy cabin and J for executive cabin but at present multiple alpha character like K,B,H,L,M,N are used for economy cabin booking classes and J,D,C for business cabin and F,Z for first classes booking cabin.

The economy cabin RBDs are further divided into economy ,deep economy and deepest economy categorises and fixed up a difference of fare for changing from deep economy to economy etc
That means if passengers desire to change booking RBD then they have to pay extra fare amount even it is within the same cabin or same class of service
Here airlines collect additional amount of fare but service class does not differ ,it remains same.
This makes dispute between the service provider and valued passengres
More over only few seats are assinged in lower fare RBDs with highly restricted conditions
For that frequently RBD change is inevitible with DOF,difference of fare
Actually it is business trap to catch money from passengers but no way every airlines take this policy with compete lower cost carrier or budget carrier for competitive Fare Evaluation And Dilution Management

Passengers departing Dhaka should arrive at the airport three hours before departure
if differ from suggested three hours please double check with sales office

CHECK IN STEPS

    Ahead of flight and check-in formalities:
  • Report to check-in counter on-time
  • E-Ticket receipt , Valid passport and visa documents handy
  • Proceed to the security check point
  • Keep passport and boarding pass readily available when entering passenger boarding lounge
  • Check-in counter closes one hour prior to departure

    • For a connecting flight, you will be met by representatives to assist you with flight connections upon arrival to escort you to the transit lounge

    It is important to arrive at check-in counter On-time. The boarding gate normally closes 20 minutes prior to departure. This could vary depending on departure airport.

    TRAVEL TIP
    Always keep documents handy
    Double check that you have your passport, tickets and all other necessary documents with you before you leave home to embark on your journey. Lounge access is available for Biman Business Class passengers. The Maslin Lounge, is located on 2nd floor of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. Biman Business Class passengers also have access to airport lounges around the world.

    Unaccompanied Minor: Handling Facilities for Unaccompanied Minor is available both at arrivals and departures with prior request during reservation and fulfillment of traveling conditions.
    Wheel Chair: Wheel Chair facilities are available on both arrivals and departures with prior request at the time of reservation. Transit Passengers: A dedicated desk for transit/transfer passengers is available round the clock for Biman & Customer Airlines at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
